Hilton Martinez is a Data Governance, Technology Solutions and Forensics Manager based in FRA’s Washington, DC office. He has significant experience in electronic data management and litigation support, with extensive technical and strategic knowledge of the discovery lifecycle, applying in-depth knowledge, expert consultation and advice on technology and best practices.
Prior to joining FRA, Hilton provided consulting services to various divisions within the US Department of Justice. His primary responsibility focused on all eDiscovery efforts for the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. His work included strategizing, planning and managing many of the department’s civil and criminal cases.
Hilton has experience working regulatory, antitrust and white collar investigations across multiple jurisdictions. He was involved in high profile FCPA and SEC Investigations, including landmark cases such as the suit filed against a technology company over a breach of consumer protection laws.
Hilton holds a BBA in Marketing and Operations Management from the University of Puerto Rico. He is fluent in Spanish.
