Maureen is a Human Resources (HR) Director based in FRA’s Paris office. She is an experienced HR generalist with skills gained from numerous senior roles. Maureen has served as an HR executive in a range of industry sectors and international locations. She has led all aspects of HR, including organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition and development and total rewards.
Before joining FRA, Maureen was HR Director for French overseas territories in Digicel, a communications and entertainment company. She led all HR activities across the company’s business operations in the Caribbean and African regions, including culture and digital change, leadership and team development, succession planning, talent management, recruitment, and compensation and benefits.
Maureen was also previously HR Director and Global Integration Project Manager for a FTSE100 company. She developed expertise in mutli-cultural and diversity HR matters through working with Asia Pacific, Europe and US teams in travel & tourism, MICE and Visa outsourcing activities. Earlier in her career, she worked for 10 years in a wide variety of companies in international administration & sales roles.
Maureen is fluent in French and English, earned her Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management, at IFG Executive Education, ICG in Toulouse.
