Michael is a Senior Director of Engineering. He is responsible for ongoing development and support of software solutions designed and built specifically for our multi-jurisdictional data forensics service offerings. He is an experienced consulting leader and software engineering practitioner with a career built over 20 years on a foundation of architecting and building large-scale distributed web/cloud based systems.
Michael’s consulting specialities include: product development, program management, technology strategy and planning, and technical practice leadership. His technical specialities include: web-based software, cloud-based architecture, distributed systems, software engineering craftsmanship, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
At FRA, Michael’s first key contribution was architecting and delivering a custom web-based review platform designed to fit into FRA’s eDiscovery workflow. Since then, he has taken on a leadership role helping FRA operate and organize engineering teams that foster innovation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prior to FRA, Michael worked at Slalom Consulting as a Practice Leader in the Application Development team. The practice focused on building custom web, cloud and mobile solutions and whilst here he grew an early-stage practice into 30+ billable consultants yielding multi-million-dollar revenues for the practice.
Michael has a BSc in Management Information Systems from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.
Michael is based in FRA’s Providence office.
