Nicholas is FRA’s Human Resources (HR) Associate Director, based in its Providence, RI office. As a strategic partner to the business, Nicholas is dedicated to attracting, retaining, developing, and supporting a diverse team of talented individuals, within a healthy, safe and productive work environment.
He oversees the HR function for the United States and provides a comprehensive advisory service to all FRA’s business practices, promoting open communication, problem resolution, and excellent employee relations. Nicholas is committed to fostering an inclusive culture at FRA that values all employees, encouraging continuous improvement through development and guidance.
Nicholas is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, with over 10 years’ experience in a variety of HR, Administrative and Leadership roles. Prior to FRA Nicholas has overseen the HR function in several New England based companies, particularly in the Healthcare Consulting and Senior Care sectors. His experience has been heavily involved in change management and the strategic shift from transactional to transformational HR partnership and support.
His key interests in the core expertise of HR lie within Recruitment, Strategic Planning, Workforce Management, Employee Engagement & Retention and Performance Development.
Nicholas is a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional and holds a Master’s Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University. Nicholas also holds a Master’s Degree in Music from McGill University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from The University of New Hampshire.
