Philip is an Associate Director at FRA in the eDiscovery team. He has extensive experience managing teams in the coordination of forensic data collection, processing, de-encryption, data analysis, reporting, document review and production.
AT FRA, Philip has managed eDiscovery consulting services for a number of large multi-jurisdictional investigations, the most recent of which had over 23 million documents under review across 17 Relativity workspaces by over 100 reviewers. He also led the successful effort to collect, process, review, and produce documents for concurrent EU and US regulatory filings from 69 custodians in multiple jurisdictions within a 4-week timeframe.
Philip has also developed analytics and tools utilized for compliance reviews of a European oil services company, a global engineering, construction, mining and materials technology company, and a major diversified computer systems manufacturer.
Prior to FRA, Philip held roles in business and financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting at several Fortune 100 companies.
Philip has a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Tulane University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is based in FRA’s Providence office.
