Ailia Alam and Hilton Martinez Join Data Governance Team

We are pleased to welcome Ailia Alam and Hilton Martinez to our DC Data Governance, Technology Solutions and Forensics team. Ailia and Hilton bring extensive data governance advisory services and technical experience, with Ailia joining from a Big Four, and Hilton having previously worked as a contractor to the US Department of Justice, further strengthening our multi-jurisdictional data privacy, transfer and protection expertise.

In her former role, Ailia was involved in both US-based cases and cross-border litigations involving multiple languages and data types, leveraging the usage of analytical tools and working closely with her team to meet tight deadlines. Ailia focuses on litigation and investigations, and has particular experience in antitrust issues, contract disputes, and FOIA requests for commercial and federal clients.

Hilton previously provided consulting services to various divisions within the US Department of Justice. His work included strategizing, planning and managing many of the department's civil and criminal cases, including working regulatory, antitrust and white collar investigations across multiple jurisdictions and involvement in high profile FCPA and SEC Investigations.
