"I love all the hands-on experience each of us gets throughout his or her career at FRA. I do my best to share such experience with my team members especially as many of them joined to get hands-on experience whether it be holding a leadership role on a project or pursuing projects that require international travel. I associate these opportunities with the fact that the firm is still a boutique size despite our rapid growth in the last three years. It can be challenging and commitment is expected – what makes it enjoyable is that we have a great team that makes work fun even in the most challenging assignment. We are truly a family."

“The best thing about working at FRA for me is the people. We have such a diverse and friendly group of people from all sorts of different backgrounds, and everyone is extremely approachable, from intern through to partner. The flat structure is a breath of fresh air, especially coming from a corporate background. The chance to work on extremely high-profile forensic investigations, and to travel, were the two major draws for me when joining FRA. I was able to fulfil both within my first six months and continue to do so today. If you enjoy being given the reins to take initiative and think outside the box, then FRA is for you."

“I joined FRA in 2016 after spending eight years at a Big Four firm. To me, FRA was a firm that went back to the basics: People. Relationships. Quality. No bureaucracy. No politics. I was also attracted to the “one team” approach, which I found to be unique to FRA. We can respond with a global team with specific skillsets to help our clients work through challenges. This “one team” principle carries over into how FRA measures success amongst its partners and employees: if the firm is successful, then we all are. Internally, this promotes collaboration rather than competition, which benefits FRA’s people and clients. FRA also provides an opportunity for global exposure whether you work at the office or travel to client sites. With the support of leadership, I seized an opportunity to transfer from the Washington DC office to the London office for one year to work with my European colleagues and learn local business concerns.”

“One of the things I love about working at FRA are the endless opportunities you get to grow your experience in the industry you work in. They are extremely supportive of your personal career development and are aware that they have a lot of very ambitious individuals to keep interested and challenged. Having worked at a number of other companies, I really value the work environment FRA have created – the management team trust you to get on with your job and to come to them if you need guidance on a problem. The management team are also very approachable and so willing to share their expertise with you.”

“I love the flexibility and growth opportunities that come with a smaller company. I was hired in the Forensic Accounting group, was able to transition to the eDiscovery team, and now I run the Processing team at FRA. We are able to tailor our work to meet our client’s needs. I love that the company is small and that I know almost every single employee. I also really enjoy the “one firm” approach so that all offices work together, and project teams are not determined by location but rather skill set and the individual learning objectives of each employee. What attracted me to FRA was the quality of work that FRA are able to win; it is really impressive and a testament to the skill set of the company.”

“I have worked at FRA for almost three years, during which I was involved in many different assignments around the globe. I joined FRA from EY because I wanted to work for a more flexible structure in which I would be more exposed to multi-jurisdictional cases. FRA is a conflict-free “human” size firm where the staffing is not local and where consultants have the opportunity to work in many different industries and jurisdictions. In my experience, personal projects are also valued and taken into account by the firm. FRA’s flat structure – one example gives direct access to founding partners – also allows an accelerated professional development.”

"I love the diversity of projects that I get to work on at FRA. As a forensic accountant, these opportunities expose me to many different service areas giving me the possibility to specialize in a specific line of work. The work style at FRA is very collaborative, and despite our different office locations – we act as one firm. This puts us at an advantage, as team members contribute to the group based on their various sets of global experiences and skills."
