“The work at FRA is challenging and keeps me on my toes. New ideas and views are welcomed and heard. We work closely with the US and the other international teams on a daily basis. There is no London does one thing, the US does something different – we are all one team. After working at very big companies, I appreciate having direct contact with senior members of staff. There is no chain of command – you are welcome to ask senior members anything you want and the notion of picking up the phone and calling is welcome.
