Biography
Ashish Thakkar is an Associate Director in the Data Governance, Technology Solutions, and Forensics team based in FRA’s London office.
He is an expert in eDiscovery with 15 years of experience in a technology and litigation support environment. His experience includes data intake, data processing, SQL based reporting and load file manipulation, preparation and quality assurance.
Ashish has deep technical and strategic knowledge of all aspects of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM) cycle from forensic data collections through to processing, review, analytics and production.
Prior to joining FRA, Ashish spent 12 years as Senior eDiscovery & System Analyst at Knovos where he was responsible for performing data collections and processing a range of electronic media, including computers, mobile devices, cloud data sources, and network storage.
Ashish has travelled and worked across regions, including Europe, Japan and India to preserve, collect, process and review data in support of litigation, regulatory compliance disputes and internal investigations.
Ashish has worked on multiple large productions on high-profile litigation matters. He has managed eDiscovery workflows for clients in the pharmaceutical and banking sectors.
Ashish earned his Bachelor of commerce & Post Graduate Diploma in Electronic Data processing & Computer Management from - Gujarat, India.
