Biography

Kwaku Asiamah is a Director in the data governance, technology solutions and forensics group. He has over 13 years of experience in e-Discovery, with deep technical and strategic knowledge of all aspects of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM) cycle from forensic data collections through to processing, review, analytics and production.

Kwaku’s expertise includes strategizing, planning and managing the collection, processing and transfer of multiple datasets whilst putting in place defensible protocols across multiple jurisdictions. Kwaku travels frequently to supervise complex data collections around the world, working with clients in identifying responsive data within their environment. He has also assisted with a number of cases where an air gapped mobile solution was required to ensure complete data privacy.

Kwaku is well-versed in international data privacy regulations. He regularly communicates with multiple global regulators, preparing data deliveries for their review. This includes data presentations and graphical explanations of data processes and client environments. He is adept at document acquisition and review, with particular emphasis on group and individual restructure partitioning. He also has extensive experience with multimedia review including audio review that requires customized processes. Furthermore, he has particular expertise in preparing data from financial institutions for review, helping clients navigate advanced analytics, predictive coding (such as TAR/CAL), and other review management methodologies.

Working closely with clients across numerous jurisdictions, Kwaku has provided technical and consulting services to many large financial institutions, energy companies and global law firms, as well as companies within the pharmaceuticals and technology industries. He has worked on landmark, international cases.

Kwaku is technically talented holding multiple data management, data privacy and software training and skills whilst also having the requisite soft skills to engage and progress projects to meet client and internal needs. Kwaku is fluent in Twi (a Ghanaian dialect) and is based in FRA’s London office.
