The company-first role will be critical in leading FRA’s technology innovation growth.
September 14, 2020, LONDON: Forensic Risk Alliance [FRA], a forensic accounting, data governance and information management, and compliance consultancy firm specialising in international corruption and fraud investigations for global corporations and the law firms that represent them, today announces the appointment of Harsh Sutaria as the company’s first Chief Innovation Officer.
The role has been created to lead and expand the company’s technology solutions offerings, advance innovation capabilities within the organisation, and to drive new growth for the firm. Given the accelerating data governance and regulatory compliance challenges that corporations face, the new position will enhance FRA’s ability to help clients obtain the best possible technology solutions and meet these challenges.
Harsh’s role will primarily focus on growing the firm’s advanced technology solutions by identifying new market segments and assessing the business opportunity that may result from new products, services and business models. Harsh will spearhead uncovering and developing solutions for the firm’s Data Governance, Data Analytics and Forensic Accounting practice groups, focussing particularly on AI-, advanced analytics-, and robotics automation-based technologies. Harsh will also focus on leveraging these technologies to increase efficiency and build collaboration in client case management, and establishing FRA as a recognised innovation leader.
With nearly 15 years’ experience in employing innovative technologies for Information Governance, as well as having a proven track record in delivering pre-sales, professional and consulting services to Fortune 500 corporations and AmLaw 100 firms, Harsh is well-placed to help FRA develop its business strategy and establish itself as an innovative technology leader in the sector.
Frances McLeod, Founder, FRA, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Harsh as our first Chief Innovation Officer. His appointment is a significant step for FRA as the need for advanced technology solutions in investigating corruption and fraud is becoming increasingly critical. Cultivating innovation capabilities is central to the growth of our technology offering and we are confident that Harsh will develop and implement best practices to continue to serve our clients.”
Harsh Sutaria, Chief Innovation Officer, FRA, said: “FRA is a market-leading consultancy with a proven track record of leveraging advanced technology to enhance client service, and I’m excited to lead this new chapter of innovation for the firm and uncover new ways to optimize technology-driven solutions to improve case management and reduce overall costs for clients navigating complex litigation, investigations and regulatory issues.
