After her first few months, we caught up with Holly to learn what she thinks makes FRA unique:
“I wanted to work for a firm that really values new, young talent. I chose FRA because they are at the top of the field in Data Governance and the development of technology advancement and solutions; I am delighted to be one of the 8 analysts in FRA’s Challenge program and am consistently inspired and challenged by my peers.
“From day one, I’ve been motivated by the enthusiasm of the whole team, from Senior Management to fellow Analysts and Associates; I am extremely impressed with FRA’s ability to adapt to a fully remote training schedule while maintaining a welcoming and friendly working environment.
“I look forward to gaining a wide base of knowledge of electronic data collections and management processes and building strong, international relationships from London to Paris and Washington, DC to Zurich.
“Since joining this summer, I have participated in innovative AI technology research and also invited to firm-wide yoga and meditation sessions, emphasizing FRA’s focus on both professional and personal development.”
