FRA Welcomes Alejandro Gomez-Igbo to the Data Governance, Technology Solutions and Forensics Team

FRA is pleased to welcome Alejandro Gomez-Igbo, a London-based director on the Advisory Team of Data Governance, Technology Solutions and Forensics Department.

Alejandro joins FRA from a consulting group and is an expert in Data Analytics and electronic data management/data solutions with industry experience working on numerous high-profile cases.

Alejandro specializes in complex data issues, primarily involving interviewing and advising clients to understand IT business processes and identifying responsive data for disclosure exercises. He has been a key player in high-profile cases and has supported and managed cases of varying sizes involving major UK and US regulatory bodies. He has supported multiple cross-border investigations, with a focus on Middle Eastern projects.

In addition, Alejandro has managed and executed global, large-scale forensic collections from varying sources including: emails, computers, network data, mobile phones, unmanned aerial vehicles and audio data. Alejandro has experience liaising with clients' IT and compliance departments, and understands various data sources and the most cost-effective and defensible methods to preserve data. He is well-versed in managing the processing, review and disclosure process, ensuring end-to-end work product quality and defensibility.

Of Alejandro's arrival, FRA Founding Partner and Head of the Data Governance, Technology Solutions and Forensics practice, Frances McLeod shared, "The depth and diversity of Alejandro's technical experience makes him a very exciting addition to our Advisory team. Alejandro is industry certified in Anti-Money Laundering, Forensics, Early-Case Assessment and Analytics tools and advanced visualization software. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Business Management and Information Systems and is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
