Biography
Chul-min Lee is an Associate in FRA’s Forensic Accounting team based in the Korea.
Prior to joining FRA in June 2023, Chul-min worked at a private equity in New York, where he supported tax informational reporting for management companies. His experience includes ensuring adherence to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and filing various tax forms based on the fund’s jurisdictions and entity types.
He participated in projects such as:
- Compliance monitoring
- Accounting fraud investigation of key executives
- Embezzlement investigation
Chul-min has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York. Chul-min’s native language is Korean, and he is fluent in English.
