Edward Nkune

Eddie is a Consultant at FRA based in the London office. Eddie has significant experience of leading multidisciplinary teams of experts in both the public and private sectors. He is highly skilled at managing investigations, eDiscovery and digital forensics matters. He was previously a member of the UK government’s Senior Civil Service, an accredited reviewer of high-risk government projects and an information security accredited practitioner.

He has developed and implemented technology solutions for data handling and evidence management, including extensive international travel to supervise complex data collections, as well as preparing and conducting witness interviews. Engaging on matters concerning governance and compliance, Eddie has been involved in supporting three global corporate compliance monitorships.

Eddie has a wealth of experience of working on criminal, regulatory and internal investigations involving law enforcement and regulators, including the SFO, NCA, FCA, European Commission, SEC, and DOJ. He has managed forensic accounting, eDiscovery and digital forensics projects across Europe, the United States, Africa, and Australia.
