Alexandra Gaspar is an Associate Director on the Data Governance, Technology Solutions and Forensics team. Based in Washington, DC, Alex has experience in electronic data management with extensive experience leveraging analytical tools and advanced technology solutions to collect, process and review data. She has supported federal and commercial clients throughout the entire EDRM workflow, including collections, processing, review and productions. Alex helps clients uncover the facts and insights essential to understanding, analyzing, preventing and responding to adverse events or issues.

Her experience includes managing teams and workflows, data manipulation in Relativity and ReadySuite, analytical tools such as TAR, Brainspace, clustering and email threading. She works closely with counsel to identify the most appropriate, efficient and cost-effective processes, within collections, STRs, active learning and TAR, review protocols, coding layouts, review workflows and privilege logs. Alex is well positioned to conduct legal research and provide deposition and trial support. She is familiar with CaseMap, Sanctions, LexisNexis as well as Westlaw and is well-versed in managing, setting up and implementing workflows, including GDPR.

Alex has extensive experience on large global electronic data management projects where she managed teams and workflows. She has a bedrock of excellent internal and external communication skills, working closely with counsel across numerous global jurisdictions providing data deliveries for review.

She has provided technical and consulting services to large automotive companies, software and technology companies, and the federal government (US DOJ, Navy Litigation Office and ENRD). Her electronic data management experience includes contracts, environmental, administrative records, patent, fraud, civil and criminal cases.

Alex earned her ABA Paralegal Studies certificate with a concentration on eDiscovery and Legal Project Management from Georgetown University. She received her MA in English, and BA in French and English from Louisiana Tech University. Alex’s native language is Romanian and she is fluent in English.
