
Biography
Sung-woo Chung is a director at FRA Korea. With over 13 years of extensive experience in disputes and litigation support and compliance audit & consulting services, he has accumulated excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
Prior to joining FRA, Sungwoo worked on numerous eDiscovery, forensic investigation and data analytics projects at Deloitte, FRONTEO and KPMG.
Early in his forensic career, he provided services related to data analysis, software license compliance, royalty review, software asset management, and expense audit.
He participated in various eDiscovery projects on ITC, FTC and DOJ matters, as well as patent infringement, trade secrets, class action and antitrust laws. He also provided a number of digital forensic analysis for fraud investigations and internal investigations to domestic and internally companies, and forensic evaluation for court of Korea.
Sungwoo completed a bachelor's degree in computing and a master's degree in information technology at the University of Tasmania in Australia. While working at KPMG, he also earned a bachelor's degree in law at the Korea National Open University.
He is a certified cyber forensic professional (CCFP) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) regarding software asset management.
