FRA promotes Simon Taylor and Jenna Voss as the firm's newest Partners

July 1, 2019

Frances McLeod, Founding Partner, said of the promotions, Simon and Jenna have been fundamental in FRA's rapid expansion in terms of subject matter expertise and market leadership. They each bring unique perspectives to our compliance assessment and investigation offering, notably in the areas of anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and all aspects of financial crime. Simon's background in international white collar and regulatory matters considerably enhances our expertise in these fields.  Jenna's leadership of our New York Office since it opened in 2018 has enabled us to establish FRA's presence in a key financial capital, particularly with her experience in high profile banking and accounting related investigations, monitorships and compliance reviews. Getting New York "right" is a key strategic initiative for FRA which is why I am particularly delighted to have Jenna join the partner group and continue to drive our growth in this important market.  I'm confident Jenna's technical skill combined with her energy and track record of building and running top notch teams, will serve FRA and our clients well. We are thrilled to welcome Simon and Jenna to our team of partners as we chart our strategy for FRA's continued growth.

Simon joined FRA in June 2017, bringing invaluable experience and insight from 18 years in white collar investigations, financial crime and regulatory enquiries. At FRA, he has continued to lend his expertise to internal investigations, as well as working on compliance, corporate governance, and complex compliance related risk assessments for a range of FRA clients, with a focus on anti-bribery, anti-money laundering and sanctions matters. A dual qualified lawyer (solicitor and barrister), Simon was previously head of Weil Gotshal & Manges London White Collar practice. Simon comments, "I have found my change career and the move to FRA both fun and challenging. I am delighted to join our impressive partner group and am looking forward to contributing to FRA's record of excellence in supporting investigations, litigation and in compliance initiatives."

Jenna heads FRA's New York Office.  She has been recognized in Who's Who Legal: Investigations - Future Leaders 2019, who noted that sources spoke highly of Jenna, commenting on her amazing ability to triage situations and rapidly adapt to changing circumstances. Jenna joined FRA in May 2018 from AlixPartners, where she managed high-profile, international investigations, monitorship, and compliance engagements.  At FRA, she has recently been focused on Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and investigative matters, and has a leading role on one of FRA's high-profile ABC Monitorship matters. Jenna comments, "Since joining FRA, I have focused on building FRA's presence in the New York City market and growing a team of talented professionals.  I am truly excited to join the elite group of Partners at FRA, and look forward to continuing to grow our NYC practice."
