Forensic Risk Alliance and the Airbus investigation team win Best Provider Collaboration at The American Lawyer Industry Awards 2020

January 15, 2021

15 JANUARY 2021, LONDON: Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA), a forensic accounting, data governance and compliance consultancy firm specialising in international corruption and fraud investigations for global corporations and law firms, has been awarded Best Provider Collaboration at the prestigious American Lawyer Industry Awards 2020 alongside their client Airbus and six law firms.

The honour recognises a hugely collaborative effort over four years, alongside Paul Hastings, Dechert, Clifford Chance, August Debouzy, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer and Hughes Hubbard & Reed. Together, they navigated an extremely complex multinational investigation that covered more than a dozen jurisdictions. FRA was the sole advisor providing accounting, data governance technology solutions and compliance support to Airbus in the United States and across Europe.

The judges congratulated the team for joining forces to create a Virtual Law Firm to resolve this record-setting case.

Toby Duthie, Founding Partner, FRA, said: "We're thrilled to receive this recognition from the American legal industry. Throughout the investigation, Airbus have been a fantastic partner and it's been an absolute privilege to work for them. I also congratulate all our colleagues in the Virtual Law Firm. The strength of our collaboration has enabled us to overcome some major hurdles along the way, and I'm very proud of the FRA team's dedication and commitment."
