FRA sponsors the first survey on ethical workplace conduct in the Nordics
Employee perception on ethics at the workplace is a key indicator of an organization's ethical climate.
The Ethics@Work survey, organized by Anna Romberg, Founder of Anchor Integrity Oy and Niina Ratsula, CEO of Code of Conduct Company, will look into employees' views on ethics across multiple business sectors and job roles with the aim to understand the employee perceptions towards ethics at work in the Nordics.
The Survey will ask employees the following types of questions:
- What types of unethical behaviors have you experienced or witnessed at work?
- Do you feel comfortable of speaking up of a potential misconduct?
- Does your company reward for ethical behavior?
All employees working in Finland, Sweden and Norway at any organization can take part in the survey here: https://www.ethicsatwork.net/
The survey is 100% anonymous and confidential.
The results of the survey will be launched in Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo in April 2019 in cooperation with the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Forensic Risk Alliance.
