about

corporate social responsibility

At FRA, we recognize our privilege and the unique role we can play in building a more just and equitable world.

For more than 20 years, we have been putting these core values into practice every day through our work to promote ethical business practices and root-out corruption and fraud around the globe. We recognize our responsibility as an organisation to drive positive change and  our people are passionate about the role we can all play in bringing about such change in the communities in which we live and work.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives

Through our firm-wide diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiative, pro bono and community service efforts, we actively engage and support our team members so that, together, we can fulfil this commitment and help build a better world.

DEI INITIATIVE

Our DEI initiative leverages ongoing education, focus groups, and honest dialogues to ensure the voices of all of our people are heard and that we are responding to and supporting the needs of the entire FRA community. We implement best practices and robust policies to ensure we can attract and retain extraordinary people from broad backgrounds, and offer them a diverse and inclusive workplace environment for the lasting benefit our firm, clients, and communities.

FRA FOCUS GROUP

The global reaction to the killing of George Floyd motivated many in FRA to question our internal policies and positions, and acknowledge that there was much more that we could do to live up to our pledge to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. In response, we launched a global focus group to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. Led by a steering committee of firm leadership and drivers of change, the group is focused on championing racial justice and continuously improving our internal policies and extending our impact to the communities where we operate. From mandatory diversity training to new education programs, the group has already begun to make an impact.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

We recognize the importance of openness and the need for honest conversation on difficult issues to broach, such as race, racism, and systemic oppression. FRA’s Employee Engagement working group facilitates Diversity Dialogues sessions and panel discussions to allow our people to: learn and grow together, share in a safe and open environment, and listen without judgement.  Recent Diversity Dialogues and panel discussions have created opportunities to discuss a broader range of topics such as ageism, intersectionality and neurodiversity.
