His experience includes ensuring adherence to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and filing various tax forms based on the fund’s jurisdictions and entity types. He has participated in projects such as compliance monitoring, accounting fraud investigations, and embezzlement investigations.
Chul-min has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York. Chul-min’s native language is Korean, and he is fluent in English.
