Biography
Chul-min Lee is an Associate in the Forensic Accounting team at FRA's Korea office.
Prior to joining FRA in June 2023, Chul-min worked at a private equity firm in New York, where he supported tax informational reporting for management companies. His experience includes ensuring adherence to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and filing various tax forms based on the fund’s jurisdictions and entity types.
He participated in projects such as:
- Compliance monitoring
- Accounting fraud investigation
- Embezzlement investigation
Chul-min has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration – Accounting from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York. Chul-min’s native language is Korean, and he is fluent in English.
