FRA Achieves Top Rank in Chambers Litigation Support 2025

June 25, 2025

24 June 2025 – Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA) is pleased to announce that it has achieved the Band 1 ranking for both UK-wide and US-wide Forensic Accounting in the Chambers Litigation Support 2025 Rankings. FRA’s US ranking moved up from Band 2 in 2024 to achieve the top ranking this year. Since debuting in the Chambers rankings in 2021, FRA has steadily moved up in rank, coinciding with the firm’s continued growth and new headline cases.

Chambers quoted clients saying, “FRA overall is just extremely reliable, very detail-oriented, very proactive and a really well-run organisation” and “FRA performs at the very highest level. Its expertise and commitment to a case is invaluable.”
Another commented, “FRA is the team you want by your side going into urgent and sensitive investigations.”

For the sixth year running, FRA is also listed in both the UK and US rankings for eDiscovery.

FRA Co-founding Partner Toby Duthie has been individually ranked once again among UK-wide forensic accountants. One commentator noted that Toby “is the complete package – he knows everyone, thinks outside the box and is a pleasure to deal with.”

Dallas-based Partner Umair Nadeem was also ranked for the second year in a row among US-wide forensic accountants. One client commented, “Umair is incredibly professional and on top of his game. He is extremely knowledgeable in the forensic accounting space and pairs it nicely with usable, actionable advice to clients.”

We credit our 2025 Chambers rankings and success to our global team members providing top-quality service, as well as our clients, who continue to trust us with their most sensitive matters.

FRA Co-founding Partner Toby Duthie said: “We’re proud to be recognized once again by Chambers Litigation Support, and especially delighted to be in Band 1 of both the US and UK Forensic Accounting guides. This is a great achievement by our teams and well-deserved recognition of their talent, integrity and results. Congratulations to our entire global team, whose dedication and expertise continue to drive our success and reputation worldwide.”
