Biography

Yishi is a Manager at FRA with experience in forensic data analysis and data visualization. Yishi has worked on varies compliance engagements with a focus on data analytics for fraud prevention and detection.

Yishi is currently involved in a global compliance monitorship for a multinational firm in the aeronautical sector. As part of the monitorship, she designed forensic data analytical models leveraging rule-based approach, statistical models, data visualization tools, and text mining skills to build continuous monitoring system, which helps identify anomalies, trends, and red-flags and help assess and quantify high-risk transactions timely and efficiently. She also experienced in providing forensic data analytics solutions including anti-bribery and anti-corruption analytics and third-party due diligence.

Prior to joining FRA, Yishi has worked as a data analyst for a non-profit social science research group in DC, where she was responsible for designing, validating, and visualizing data-driven models for government-related projects, and provide follow-up training to clients as needed.

Yishi holds a Master of Science in Information system Management from George Washington University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Information System management. Yishi is a Certified Tableau specialist and Certified Scrum Master. She is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese.
