Songyi Kang

Songyi Kang is an Associate in FRA’s Forensic Accounting team based in Korea.

Prior to joining FRA, Kang worked at an accounting office in New York. As an intern, she was involved in income tax return and federal tax return department. She had worked on providing tax planning, investigating tax status, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and tax return filing through IRS.

She has recently participated in projects such as:

• Accounting fraud Investigation of key executives
• Embezzlement investigation

Songyi has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting (main major) and Mathematic (minor major) from City University of New York – Bernald M Baruch College. Songyi’s native language is Korean, and he is fluent in English.
