Brexit is now a reality, but, with the UK's exit strategy as yet unclear, the world of international data transfers, particularly in investigations and disputes - and, by extension eDiscovery - will inevitably become a lot more complicated for companies with data in the UK.

As a result, founding partner, Frances McLeod discusses in The Lawyer, 'what's next for cross-border eDiscovery and data issues?' She suggests corporates should identify consultants with capabilities or infrastructure within the EU, or consider deploying a mobile eDiscovery solution in-country.
