FRA Co-hosts an Exclusive Reception for the Industry-Leading Practitioners Guide in Paris

May 16, 2023

We were delighted to co-host an exclusive reception with Navacelle in Paris with many of the international and chief editors of “An International Guide to Corporate Internal Investigations”, a textbook and practitioners guide published by the American Bar Association.

Edited by five industry-leading practitioners – Mark Beardsworth, Patrick R Hanes, Ibtissem Lassoued, Saverio Lembo, and FRA co-founder Frances McLeod – the book is authored by more than 40 of the leading white-collar crime and investigation experts from 11 jurisdictions around the world. The guide provides indispensable insights into how to navigate the increasingly globalized nature of the investigations landscape. The book sets itself apart by providing a practical narration for best practice from initial scoping to negotiations as told by the experts on the ground.

The evening was a great opportunity to discuss hot topics within the white-collar space.

To find out more about the book or to purchase a copy visit the ABA website here.
