FRA Expands Discovery Capabilities with the Appointment of Terence Sequeira as Global Director

Terence will lead FRA’s Forensic Technology & eDiscovery practice in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, and assume a pivotal role in championing the growth of eDiscovery initiatives at FRA globally.

With over 14 years of experience successfully leading multi-million-dollar global eDiscovery projects across various jurisdictions, Terence acts as a trusted advisor to clients collaborating closely with legal, compliance and technology teams to provide robust, innovative and defensible forensic solutions throughout the compliance, litigation and investigations lifecycle. Terence has significant experience in the Middle East and having worked at other globally leading professional services firms such as Deloitte and KPMG, he brings global expertise combined with a unique regional insight. He has successfully led projects involving all areas of forensic technology from data collections, processing, review management and disclosure to digital forensics & cyber investigations.

Terence brings valuable insights and a track record of excellence to the organization. His wealth of experience in leading eDiscovery projects in diverse jurisdictions positions him well to address the complexities of global investigations and tailor strategies to meet clients' specific needs.

His appointment further strengthens FRA's capabilities in providing cutting-edge eDiscovery solutions, reinforcing the firm's position as a trusted partner in managing data governance and compliance challenges worldwide.

In his role as Global Director of Discovery, Terence will collaborate closely with global clients and their legal teams to develop comprehensive eDiscovery strategies, streamline processes, mitigate risks and manage costs.
