FRA Welcomes Leading Investigations Expert Andrew Rosini as Partner in New York

New York – FRA is pleased to announce the appointment of investigations and financial crime leader Andrew Rosini as the firm’s newest Partner, based in New York. Andrew joins to strengthen the firm’s global investigations practice bringing more than 20 years of experience advising clients on investigations, disputes, regulatory matters, compliance and financial crime issues.

As Partner, Andrew will work closely with the firm’s senior leadership to continue FRA's growth across the United States and work closely with former colleague and Head of EMEA, Almira Cemmell, to promote and deliver cross office and service line collaboration under FRA’s ‘one-firm’ ethos. He has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex investigations, regulatory matters, compliance reviews, monitorships, remediation efforts, and dispute-related engagements across the financial services sector and beyond.

Prior to joining FRA, Andrew held senior leadership positions at Charles River Associates, NAXO Labs, and FTI Consulting. During his 14 years at FTI, he led the firm's Global Risk and Investigations Practice and oversaw the integration and management of a global team of approximately 200 professionals.

Andrew's experience spans financial crime investigations, anti-money laundering and sanctions matters, cryptocurrency and digital asset investigations, governance and compliance programs, asset tracing, and regulatory remediation. He has also provided testimony and affidavits in connection with investigative matters.
