Forensic Risk Alliance Makes Debut in Chambers Litigation Support 2020 Rankings

June 29, 2020

29 June 2020, LONDON: Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA), a forensic accounting, eDiscovery and compliance consultancy firm specialising in international corruption and fraud investigations for global corporations and law firms, has made its debut in the Chambers Litigation Support 2020 Rankings.

The firm was included in the UK category for Forensic Accounting, with one source saying: "Staffed by a number of ex-regulatory folks, they particularly understand what the authorities want and what they are looking for. Their processes are also very good, in terms of managing a large amount of documentation, storing, and sorting matters for us."Toby Duthie, founding partner of FRA and head of its UK and European offices, was individually ranked in the Forensic Accountants category, and praised for "explaining complex matters in a digestible, client and regulator-friendly way", with one client commenting: "Toby is a great professional and very responsive. Accurate and reactive, his answers are always to the point."

In addition, FRA was listed in both the UK and US rankings for eDiscovery. One source in the UK reported: "You need people you can trust to deliver, it's critical. They are very good in that regard...and they're very creative from the technological perspective."In the US rankings, FRA was described as "very responsive, technologically sound and competent."

FRA's debut in Chambers Litigation Support 2020 Rankings reflects its mission to help clients reach the best possible solutions in the context of high-stake, cross-border litigation, government investigations and regulatory compliance issues. For example, the firm was retained by Airbus to conduct a multi-year forensic accounting and eDiscovery review within the context of a large multinational bribery and corruption investigation. The matter involved reporting to three different national investigative authorities simultaneously in the USA, the UK and France.

Frances McLeod, Founding Partner, FRA, said: "We are honoured to have received this recognition from Chambers, which underscores our commitment to the highest levels of client service. I'm very proud of the team's significant contributions to the legal industry that made this achievement possible. We look forward to building on this success in the years to come.
