FRA Director, Yousr Khalil, moves to the firm's Paris Office

Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA) today announces that Yousr Khalil has joined FRA Paris office as a Director. Yousr has 15 years' experience in matters involving fraud and corruption, government contracts litigation, compliance due diligences - regularly in an M&A context and also in the context of Monitorships after a Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Yousr has worked on numerous matters in various jurisdictions, including in the US, Latin America, Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Coming from the FRA Washington DC office, Yousr Khalil is a forensic accountant, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).

Yousr has 15 years' experience in matters involving fraud and corruption, government contracts litigation, compliance due diligences - regularly in an M&A context and also in the context of Monitorships after a Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Yousr has worked on numerous matters in various jurisdictions, including in the US, Latin America, Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Yousr is fluent in English, Arabic and French and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

He concludes "Yousr's experience in sectors such as oil & gas, logistics, telecom, engineering, pharma or financial services further increases FRA's capacity to help French companies which regularly fall under foreign authorities' radars, especially the US ones."
