FRA Shortlisted for GIR Awards 2023

September 19, 2023

We are delighted to share that FRA has been nominated in two categories at the Global Investigations Review Awards 2023: “Investigations Consultancy of the Year” and “Most Important Development of the Year”. The GIR Awards, taking place 16 November 2023 in Washington DC, honour the investigations experts and practices that have impressed most in the last 12 months.

This is the eighth consecutive year that FRA has been shortlisted for Investigations Consultancy of the Year (including three wins). Headline matters FRA’s global team have supported in this period include TechnipFMC’s settlement with French authorities and Honeywell’s resolution of a bribery investigation.

Our nomination for Most Important Development of the Year is in recognition of the international team of lawyers and FRA advisors who supported ABB's $327 million global resolution. We take pride in assisting the company and their external counsel throughout their more than three-year cooperation with the South African, Swiss, and US authorities.

We thank our clients for their continued trust and partnership in these complex, high-profile matters.
