French Prosecutor Concludes a Judicial Public Interest Agreement with TechnipFMC

France’s Financial National Prosecutor (PNF) has recently concluded a CJIP (Judicial Public Interest Agreement). The UK company named in the CJIP was supported through negotiations by counsel from August Debouzy and Antonin Lévy & Associés and forensic advisers from Forensic Risk Alliance, including Founding Partner Toby Duthie and Directors Ashley Klass and Arnaud Collombet.
