Emma Hodges, FRA partner, is the only non-lawyer who has been included in this year's GIR 40 under 40 list.
GIR has created a list of accomplished young investigations practitioners, 17 women and 23 men from 11 countries, who will help shape the future of this fast-evolving area of law.
The final 40 were asked a variety of questions about their career highlights, inspirations, major investigation developments and "what's next" in investigations in their respective jurisdictions.
