Happy Holidays from FRA!

December 15, 2022

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful clients and external partners for their support over the last 12 months – many of whom we have worked with for over 20 years and continue to do so.

2022 has been a busy year for the firm.

Since the IAV GmbH monitorship concluded in June, we have been able to shine a well-deserved spotlight on the role FRA founding partner Frances McLeod held as the DOJ-appointed monitor to the automotive engineering company. A trailblazer in monitorships, Frances is also currently serving as the DOJ-appointed independent compliance monitor in a further two separate monitorships for Balfour Beatty Communities LLC and FCA US LLC. The firm were also the chosen forensic advisors to Petrofac and its external counsel to support the company’s plea discussion with the SFO.

We expanded into two new markets: Dubai in January, for which we appointed partners Bhavin Shah and Stephen Millington to lead the practice and South Korea in November, with partners Ui-Sung Kim and Hea-sil Chang at the helm, marking our growth across the APAC and Asia markets respectively.

Beyond office launches, we made senior appointments including Gerben Schreurs, Partner at our Zurich office and most recently Roy Pollitt, Partner at our New York office.

We are extremely proud of our international team, who work diligently to deliver client service excellence in all that they do. We are excited to see what next year holds for the firm and the industry and look forward to working together in 2023.

We wish you a special holiday season and hope you enjoy our holiday greeting below!
