2023’s International Women’s Day (IWD) campaign invited us all to deepen the conversation from one of gender equality to equity. We sought FRA co-founder Frances McLeod’s views on equality vs equity, allyship in the context of equity, the progress that’s been made and what still needs to happen in FRA and beyond.

IWD celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
