- Energy Investment Company: Supported an expert report on the contractual calculation of fees in an ICC arbitration related to a contract dispute in a Middle Eastern construction consortium.
- Medical Device Company: Supported a whistleblower investigation into bribery and corruption allegations within the invoicing and tendering processes in the Middle East business of a medical device manufacturer.
- Commodities Trader: Investigated relationships with the company’s business partners and third-party agents in Venezuela, which included processing, hosting and reviewing client data to identify evidence of corrupt payments.
