FRA Nominated for GIR's Investigations Consultancy of the Year 2022

October 17, 2022

We are pleased to announce that FRA has once again been nominated for “Investigations Consultancy of the Year” at the Global Investigations Review Awards 2022, which will be held on November 17, 2022, in Washington D.C.

These awards honour the investigations experts and practices that have most impressed in the industry in the last 12 months. FRA has worked on several important matters in this period, including supporting Petrofac with profit calculations and ability-to-pay analysis leading to the final penalty of £77 million, as part of the final outcome in the SFO’s investigation in relation to historic offences (read more here). Separately, a team led by FRA founding partner and DOJ-appointed monitor Frances McLeod successfully completed the three-year compliance monitorship of automotive engineering company IAV GmbH and the certification of its compliance program (read IAV’s statement here), in relation to the high profile “Dieselgate” scandal.

This marks the seventh consecutive year that FRA has been shortlisted for this prestigious award. We are honoured to again be shortlisted among the top investigations firms and thank our clients for their continued trust and partnership in these complex, high-profile matters.
