FRA, Roschier Attorneys and Paul Hastings host seminar on cross-border investigations, enforcement and compliance risks and their impact on Nordic companies
This month, FRA, Roschier Attorneys and Paul Hastings will be hosting two half day seminars in Helsinki and Stockholm. The seminars will explore topical issues relating to international investigations, enforcement and compliance risks from the perspective of Nordic companies.
Points of discussion will include recent investigations by foreign authorities of Nordic companies and financial institutions, how compliance risks impact Nordic companies, financial institutions and their foreign subsidiaries, and how to deal with these risks in practice.
Additional topics of conversation will include international law enforcement expectations, evolving international enforcement risks and practical tips for preparing for and handling investigations from a Nordic perspective.
