FRA Shortlisted for GIR Awards 2025

September 25, 2025

We are delighted that FRA has been shortlisted for the tenth consecutive year for Investigations Consultancy of the Year at the Global Investigations Review (GIR) Awards 2025.

GIR's nomination noted FRA's forensic accounting support in Seatrium's deferred prosecution agreement with Singaporean authorities - the first of its kind in Singapore, and also shortlisted for the GIR Awards' Most Important Development of the Year. Read more here about FRA's work with Seatrium and their external counsel in achieving this coordinated settlement between Brazilian and Singaporean authorities.

In a separate category, Head of our French office Yousr Khalil has also been personally nominated for Investigations Professional of the Year. The only forensic accounting expert to be shortlisted among investigations lawyers, Yousr features alongside long time FRA counterparts: Luís Wielewicki of wm&t, with whom FRA has collaborated on many headline matters including Seatrium, and Katherine Stoller of A&O Shearman, who is advising FRA co-founding partner Frances McLeod on her monitorship of Binance.

We thank our clients for their continued trust and partnership in these complex, high-stakes matters. The global FRA team is proud to consistently uphold this trust year after year.

The GIR Awards 2025 event will be held at the Four Seasons in Washington DC on 13 November in support of the Swawou Layout Community Primary School for Girls in Kenema, Sierra Leone. FRA previously won GIR’s Investigations Consultancy of the Year in 2016, 2017, 2020 and 2023.
