TechnipFMC Reaches Foreign Bribery Settlement With PNF

TechnipFMC, an oil and gas company, has secured court approval for a €208 million corporate settlement with its subsidiaries, following a foreign bribery investigation by French prosecutors. The UK subsidiary were supported through negotiations by counsel from August Debouzy and Antonin Lévy & Associés and forensic advisers from Forensic Risk Alliance, including Founding Partner Toby Duthie, Partner Gordon MacLeod, Directors Ashley Klass and Arnaud Collombet and Senior Associate Lottie Gibbons.
