On top of that, now there is an increasingly bewildering array of regulations on risk that is arriving, from the FCPA and the UK's Bribery Act through to human rights legislation and rules around conflict minerals. For companies, internal staff are not the concern. It is having to worry about external suppliers and distributors over which they have less control."
