We need to audit culture change too

Companies often struggle to measure the effectiveness of culture, but culture and compliance are linked. Some companies believe that one-time employee surveys asking about cultural perceptions is sufficient.

Why isn't culture reviewed with the same principles and rigor that are used to test other aspects of compliance programs?
