FRA Monitor Certifies Completion of IAV Compliance Monitorship

German automotive engineering firm IAV GmbH has announced the completion of a compliance monitorship, having taken the company’s risk and compliance management system “to the next level”. This was certified by FRA Co-founder Frances McLeod, who was appointed independent monitor by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2019.
